Does it work for private charters and walk-on trips?
Yes. Private charters reserve a boat and time. Walk-on departures sell individual seats with their own capacity, minimums, and passenger manifest.
Where do customer payments go?
When payments are connected, deposits, balances, tips, and gift-card purchases go through your business’s Stripe account. Your CharterOsprey subscription is separate. Real charges are disabled in evaluation mode.
Can I try it before connecting everything?
Yes. In evaluation mode you can create a workspace, set up your boats and trips, and explore your booking site. Sample data is saved. Real payments, emails, and texts stay disabled until you are ready to set up a live business.
